WhatsApp Group Creation
- Upon sharing the payment screenshot, we will create a WhatsApp group for further communication regarding the process.

Provide the Required Documents
- We will share the list of required documents on the WhatsApp group and via email, which you provide to us to proceed further.

Rent Agreement Preparation
- Once you provide the required documents, we create a rent agreement draft and send it to you for approval. Upon approval, we create the final rent agreement and get the signatures on rent agreement through the Sign Desk software.

Applying for GST
- Once the rent agreement is ready, we start the GST application process, create your account on GST portal, fill out the application properly, and submit the application with the OTP sent to the authorized signatory’s number.

Completing the Aadhar Authentication
- After submitting the application, you will receive a mail from the GST department for completing Aadhar authentication. You need to click on the link in that mail, select the "Aadhar" option, enter your Aadhar number, and complete the Aadhaar authentication using the OTP sent to the Aadhar-linked number.

Generating the ARN Number
- Once Aadhaar authentication is done, you will receive a mail from the GST department containing the ARN number, which you can use to track the status of GST.

GST Approval Process
- After submitting the GST application successfully, in most cases, the GST will be approved within 10 to 20 days. In case the GST department raises a query regarding the GST application, we answer them. Even if the GST department rejects the application, we visit the GST office physically to address all the queries and get the guaranteed GST approval.

APOB Addition Process
- Once GST is approved, we ask you for APOB documents of the warehouses you want to use to store your products. Once we get the APOB documents, we start the APOB amendment process, make changes in the GST application, add all the warehouse addresses as APOB, and submit the application with the OTP sent to the authorized signatory’s number. After that, you receive a new ARN number to track the status of APOB approval.

- In most cases, APOB gets approved within 10 to 15 days. In case they raise a query, we answer them, or if they reject the case, we reapply for APOB.
