Why founders pick us

Three things a normal accountant won't give you.

We only do ecommerce

Most accountants set your company up fine, then get stuck on TCS, stock held in other states, and marketplace settlements. That is where we started, twelve years ago.

One partner, not five

Setup, GST, VPOB, APOB, PT and accounting in one place. Nobody gets to blame the delay on somebody else.

A named specialist

One person who knows your file and answers their own phone. You'll see who, the moment you submit this form.

What it actually takes

Between having a product and getting your first order sits a list of registrations. Here is the whole list.

  1. Pick a structure

Proprietorship is quick and cheap. Pvt Ltd or LLP protects you personally and is what investors expect. We tell you which one fits.

    Company Formation
  2. Register the business

Incorporation certificate, PAN, TAN, and the papers your bank asks for. Then your GSTIN — you cannot list anywhere without it.

    GST Registration
  3. Sort out the address

GST follows your stock, not your desk. Store goods in another state and you have to register there. That is what VPOB and APOB are for.

    VPOBAPOB
  4. Keep it filed

GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, annual returns, professional tax, and books that match your marketplace payouts. Every month, on time.

Everything you need to sell legally

Most founders find this list out one surprise at a time. All of it, in one place, with one point of contact.

Company Formation

Pvt Ltd, LLP, OPC, Partnership or Proprietorship. We advise, then register: DSC, DIN, name approval, certificate, PAN and TAN.

GST Registration & Filing

A GSTIN in every state you need one. Then GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and annual returns, filed on time and matched to your marketplace reports.

VPOB

Marketplaces need a registered address in every state you hold stock. We provide one, with the rent agreement, NOC and utility bill officers accept.

APOB

Adding a warehouse to your GST registration — Amazon FBA, Flipkart FBF, Blinkit, Myntra, JioMart — so your stock can legally sit there.

PT Compliance

Professional tax registration and returns in the states that charge it. Easy to forget, expensive when the notice turns up.

Ecommerce Accounting

Books that handle commissions, TCS, returns and payout timing. Reconciled every month, so the numbers hold up.

Where will you sell?

Each channel asks for something different. This is what you need first.

Amazon

A seller account, a GSTIN, and an APOB for every FBA warehouse holding your stock.

GST + APOB

Flipkart

Same with FBF. Their warehouses sit in states you have probably never registered in.

GST + APOB

Quick commerce

Blinkit, Zepto and Instamart keep stock in dark stores near the customer, which adds states fast.

Multi-state GST

Your own store

Easiest to launch. You still need a registered business, a GSTIN and clean books.

Company + GST

No packages. A quote for what you need.

Every founder starts somewhere different — some with just a product, some already selling. The call works out what you actually need, and the quote covers that.

  • Itemised by service, in writing
  • Real timelines, not marketing numbers
  • We check for open notices first
  • Nothing to sign for the consultation

Questions founders ask first

The ones that come up on almost every call.

Do I need a Pvt Ltd, or is a proprietorship enough?

Both can sell on the big marketplaces. A proprietorship is quicker and cheaper to start. A Pvt Ltd or LLP protects you personally and is what investors and partners expect. Which one fits depends on your plans, and that is what the call is for.

Can I get GST registration without an office?

Yes. A virtual place of business gives you a registered address with the rent agreement, NOC and utility bill officers ask for. It is the normal route for sellers working from home who need registration in several states.

Why would I need GST in more than one state?

Because GST follows your stock, not your office. The moment your goods sit in a warehouse in another state, you have to register there. VPOB and APOB solve that.

How long does it take?

Incorporation usually takes a few working days once we have your documents. GST registration normally follows in a week or two, depending on the state and whether the officer raises a query. You'll get a real timeline for your case on the call.

I'm already selling. Can you take over from my accountant?

Yes, and it happens often. We check what has been filed, flag anything pending, and pick up the monthly cycle. Tell the specialist you are switching and they'll look for open notices before quoting.

What does it cost?

It depends on the structure you pick and how many states you need, so there is no single price. You'll get an itemised quote by email after the call, and there is nothing to sign to get it.
