Why Amazon sellers move to us
Most accountants have never opened a settlement report. We do it every day.
We start from your reports
Settlement, returns, fees, storage, ads. We pull the real numbers from Seller Central instead of working off your bank statement.
GST that matches your sales
Marketplace sales, TCS credit and your returns are reconciled before anything is filed, so notices don't turn up six months later.
One person, not a queue
You get a named accountant who knows your account. Same person next month, and the month after.
Sound familiar?
These are the four things sellers call us about most.
- The payout never matches the sales. Amazon deducts commission, closing fees, shipping, storage and ad spend before it pays you, so your bank balance tells you nothing about profit.
- Returns are eating the margin quietly. Without a proper reconciliation, a return that was never credited back to you just disappears into the month.
- GST filed on the wrong number. Filing on payouts instead of sales is the single most common mistake, and it's what triggers the mismatch notice.
- TCS credit sitting unclaimed. Amazon deducts TCS every month. If nobody claims it in your return, it just sits there.
What you get every month

Questions sellers ask
If yours isn't here, ask it on the call.
Do I file GST on my Amazon payout or my sales?
On your sales. The payout is what's left after Amazon deducts commission, fees, shipping and ad spend, so filing on it under-reports your turnover. This is the mistake behind most mismatch notices we see.
What is TCS and am I getting it back?
Amazon deducts tax collected at source on your sales and deposits it against your GSTIN. It shows in GSTR-2X and has to be claimed in your return. If nobody has been claiming it, that money is still sitting there — and it is usually recoverable.
My books are two years behind. Can you still take me on?
Yes. We price the backlog separately and clear it before starting the monthly cycle, so you're not paying an ongoing fee for months nobody has touched yet.
Do you need access to my Seller Central account?
Only read access to reports. We never need your password, and we don't touch listings, pricing or payouts.
I also sell on Flipkart and my own site. Is that a problem?
No. Multi-channel is the normal case. Every channel is reconciled separately and then consolidated, so you can still see which one is actually making money.
What does it cost?
It depends on volume, number of channels and how far behind the books are. You get a fixed monthly figure in writing after the review — we don't bill by the hour.
I need GST in another state for an FBA warehouse. Do you handle that?
Yes. We do virtual place of business and additional place of business registrations in 25 states, which is what Amazon needs before it will store your stock there.
