Can you actually recover missed FBA reimbursements?
Yes — and it's where most sellers see the biggest immediate win. Lost inventory, damaged-in-warehouse, returns not refunded back to you, fee errors. Amazon's reimbursement window is 18 months. We file claims monthly. Recoveries show up in your settlement reports.
What software will my books run on?
Zoho Books by default — cloud-based, GST-native, works well across multi-platform sellers. We can also work on Tally Prime (especially for high-volume operations) or QuickBooks for international setups. Setup and integration are on us.
Will I get a dedicated person, or a call centre?
You get a named accountant who knows your business. For larger operations, a qualified CA reviews and signs your filings, and is available for monthly review calls. We don't run a call centre and we don't pretend our accountants are CAs when they aren't.
What if I want to leave?
Cancel anytime, no lock-in. We hand over clean books, your Zoho Books or Tally file, and an exit handover document. We just ask for one month's notice so we can close your books cleanly.
