  7. Address Verification Documents:┬аUtility bills (electricity bills, rental agreements, property registries) serving as address proofs for the business premises.

  8. Food Safety Management Plan (FSMS):┬аA documented plan outlining the food safety management system or a similar protocol implemented by the business.

  9. Machinery Inventory:┬аDetails specifying the names and inventory of machinery present at the production plant.

  10. Raw Material Suppliers List:┬аAn active list identifying suppliers of raw materials used in the production process.

  11. Local Authority No Objection Certificate:┬аA certificate granted by local authorities signifying no objection to the food business operation.

  12. Tourism Certificate (for Hotel Owners):┬аIn the case of hotel owners, a tourism certificate issued by the Ministry of Tourism.

  13. IEC Certificate (for Exporters):┬аAn Import-Export Code (IEC) certificate obtained from the Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) for businesses intending to export food articles abroad.

The validity varies: Basic Registration is for 1-5 years, State License is for 1-5 years, and Central License can be up to 5 years.

No, on the suspension or cancellation of a food business operator's license or registration, they must immediately cease all food business activities. Conducting any food business activity on a suspended or cancelled License/Registration is illegal and may result in penalties under the FSS Act, 2006.
